Customisations come with a small increased cost due to needing to get the design structurally sound, new steel framing plans, windows, etc. This is not usually a deal breaker as we try to keep the total design charges to $3000. Shaye (our owner and designer!) doesn't charge hourly for design work bur rather works away at your design with your input, until it is perfect. That is always her priority!
