The Jasmine design has two large bedrooms, each with full head-height wrap around walking spaces. Both bedrooms allow for full height wardrobes right along the side wall and walking space in front of the wardrobes. Standing up to get dressed is a novelty in most loft bedrooms! A king bed, or 2 singles, fit easily on the raised loft area. The Jasmine design has a Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen similar to the Hazel but the bathroom is more spacious. With the addition of a separate laundry room off the bathroom, the area usually allocated to the washing machine and laundry box is now all storage space. There is a 900 x 900mm shower, standard bathroom units with basin, and toilet. In this design there is the option for a pod door which allows 'future proofing' in case more room is required further down the line.

The cleverly designed Kitchen has plenty of room for the enthusiastic chef. Everyone is surprised at the amount of storage and functionality this space provides. The kitchen has a gas oven with 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, numerous drawers, large pantry, and space for a 1600m high fridge.

This bright and comfortable lounge easily fits a 3 piece sofa or a corner couch, depending on which side you choose to access the storage under the stairs. With beautiful glass doors the indoor, outdoor flow lends itself to a large deck area and space for all the family.

Both bedrooms are beautiful and private sanctuaries. They are located at opposite sides of the house, each with their own doors, but connected via a full height walkway which allows for safe access between bedrooms. Both bedrooms feel very much like bedrooms in regular homes with full height walkways and optional built in wardrobes.

With a large 900 x 900mm shower, large vanity unit, fixed or compost toilet, sperate room for a washing machine and tumble dryer, this bathroom has everything you could possibly need! A large window and mirror makes it feel incredibly spacious whilst the functional layout makes it very easy to use.
