Lara was designed for people who do not want to go up and down stairs. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has space for a Queen bed. It has storage each side of the bed and a full height cupboard opposite the bed. For those who want even more storage, there is the option for pull out drawers under the bed as well. The bedroom is close to the bathroom which is spacious enough for a full sized shower, 900mm long vanity shower, laundry cupboard and toilet. A handy loft provides sleeping space or 'hangout zone' or can even be used for storage. Lara is proving to be a popular design for retired people, young couples, singles and even families (usually coupled with a POD).

The well designed compact kitchen is a delight.
Be part of the conversation while you cook in this open plan design. She might be small but she sure packs a punch with everything necessary for an efficient functioning kitchen. There is a gas oven with an optional 2 burner hob, space for a decent fridge, a dishwasher, rubbish bin, pantry and a clever nook for microwave or kettle and toaster. There is pantry storage in the kitchen and additional storage facing the lounge for extra crockery or glasses.

The photos show how a 3 seater sofa fits easily in the dedicated lounge space. The lounge is designed with bright windows and two sliding doors to let in maximum light but there is still a wall to mount a T.V. for cozy TV evenings.
Two beautiful bedrooms - one downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs.
The main bedroom has space for a Queen bed along with built in storage that wraps around the bed head and a full height wardrobe opposite the bed space. There is the option for pull out drawers under the bed for even more storage space. The loft bedroom is nestled into the gable of the house - Great for a kids to hide away. For those who don't need this space as a bedroom it's a perfect beanbag TV space or storage room!
A luxurious bathroom
The bathroom is spacious enough for a full shower, 900mm long vanity, a toilet and a washing machine (which is cleverly designed to fit under the underside of the stairs). Although compact, the "Lara" bathroom is well designed and easy to use - making it feel spacious.

TRAILER - built on a 10.5 x 2.8m triple axle trailer.
​FUTURE-PROOFING - Optional POD room can be added using the POD door in the kitchen. The POD room intended for Lara would have a mud room, additional storage and an extra bedroom.
​LARA MEASUREMENTS - 10.5m long (at longest point) by approx 3m wide and 4.25m tall (including trailer height).
